Raised in the mountains of North Carolina, Tailored Home Care’s owner Emily has always been passionate about caring for others. She earned her Undergraduate degree from the University of Wilmington and her Nursing degree from Carolinas College of Health Sciences. With over a decade of experience in home care and hospital settings, she saw that sometimes patients were not shown the personalized and trustworthy care they badly needed. This inspired her to create a more comprehensive, customized and compassionate approach with Tailored Home Care, Inc. Emily knows that a truly successful care experience starts with a thorough evaluation of the client’s needs and expert matching of the caregiver with the client. Emily is passionate about guiding families through the engagement process without compromising their loved one’s independence or comfort. She also knows that caregivers must be hand selected and specially trained to truly deliver to her standards. Emily and her team go to great lengths to ensure that every client is fully satisfied with their Tailored Home Care experience. Emily, her partner Joe and their two dogs Jackson and Kali live in Huntersville, NC.
