Seamless Adjustments for Care

After interviewing and researching many local adult care services, we decided to go with Tailored Home Care to help with my blind, 100 year old father.  He’d just been diagnosed with dementia, and he was no longer able to bathe himself.  We started with a caregiver coming regularly twice a week to help with bathing, etc, but after about a year, Dad’s needs dramatically increased.  He now needed help getting to the bathroom, help with toileting, and help just getting out of his chair.  At that point, we needed much more help, including overnight shifts, and Tailored Home Care made the adjustment seamlessly.  Every single caregiver was kind, compassionate, and really cared about Dad’s needs.  Dad passed away last July, but my 92 year older mother still lives with us.  She doesn’t need a caregiver at the moment, but when the time comes, there will be no hesitation-we will be calling Tailored Home Care first thing.
